Cobra Chilli

Cobra Chilli make gourmet, boutique deli-style sauces, salsas and pastes using all natural ingredients with some of this planet’s hottest chillies.

Cobra Chilli started its natural chilli plantation at Beelbi Creek (near Hervey Bay, Queensland) in September 2011 with the aim of seeing what could grow in our climate.

All chillies are grown using just the fresh rain that falls on our property and protected with natural pesticides actually created from the sauce of chillies, garlic and onion.

January 2012 was the start of manufacturing a gourmet quality, boutique deli-style Chilli Sauce that has continued ever since.

March 2013 welcomed the addition of a beautifully fresh Salsa and an authentic, naturally smoked Barbecue Sauce.

May 2013 saw the successful completion of a process to create a Pepper Sauce with different flavours to satisfy all experienced and beginner chilli lovers alike with different heats and flavours not yet tried.

June 2013 introduced a new Chilli Paste that is regarded as the hottest natural chilli product in Australia.

July 2013 marked the long anticipated release of the deliciously exciting Magic Sauce. This uniquely formulated All-Natural Sauce, with the flavour fusion of Chilli, Garlic and Mint, has so many uses.

Using some of the world’s hottest chillies as determined by the Guinness Book of World Records, Cobra Chilli has some of the most unique and interesting recipes on the market.
